Ten trainees start their professional future

The family business GEBHARDT welcomes ten new apprentices. The new GEBHARDTians started the first week with a lot of information, many new faces, first safety instructions and work orders.

As market leader in the load carrier sector, GEBHARDT continues to grow. In order to secure its position as technology leader in the long term, GEBHARDT will continue to rely on young talents in the future. On September 2, 2019, ten young adults started their industrial or commercial training at the German locations.

GEBHARDT offers its trainees a sound and, above all, future-oriented IHK-certified vocational training.

"Our trainees learn in well-equipped training workshops where they can recognize and try out their talents. In all training areas, the focus is on qualified support at eye level from the trainers," says Lisa Nemmer, head of training. At the end of their training, the young people should not only have specialist knowledge, but also essential soft skills such as social and methodical competence. Then further professional development after the training will follow.
