As a family-owned business, we place great emphasis not only on formal training but also the personal development of our employees. The GEBHARDT Academy provides targeted further training and support for our employees. A wide range of seminars covers a comprehensive array of subjects relevant to GEBHARDT as well as areas of specific interest to our employees. We focus on four central skill sets: professional, methodical, social/communication and leadership.
Both trainee and in situ managers are regarded as a key group in the business and they are developed through a step-by-step management program within the GEBHARDT Academy. The multi-stage management program supports the targeted development of managers to expert, professional or master status in their field of activity. Collaboration with external training suppliers is also possible by agreement.
