With our stacking rack you can make goods of all kinds storable and store them with or without pallets in our metal rack. Your storage space is limited in time and space? No problem! The GEBHARDT Intainer® can be moved without effort by forklift trucks and is ideally suited as a flexible shelf replacement or Big Bag rack. As a highly compactable system, the stacking racks can be easily nested or stacked into each other without tools when not in use or transported by truck, thus expanding your storage capacity. You want to expand your storage area, but do not want to install fixed shelving? With the GEBHARDT Intainers® as stacking or storage racks this is no problem! With these special metall racks, you can easily and quickly replicate a block storage or shelving and at the same time retain maximum flexibility for your storage area. Create space exactly where you need it! The racks can be moved with almost all common industrial trucks and stacked several times. Our Intainer® are so-called storage devices and therefore exempt from additional requirements such as the attachment of hazard labels or collision protection. A highly compressible system

The system is particularly suitable for process or seasonal space requirements. If you need your halls or storage space for something else in the meantime, the Intainer® can be nested and put aside to save space. Nesting means that the racks are placed one inside the other. This is achieved by a specially designed contour and allows a volume reduction of up to 80%. The advantage is that the compaction process is carried out without any tools or muscle power using a suitable industrial truck. Store non-rigid products safely and efficiently

With the GEBHARDT-Intainer® it is possible for you to store non-stable and conditionally stackable goods, such as sacks, BigBags or cartons, safely and efficiently. Palletized products as well as non-stackable goods can thus be conveniently integrated into your intralogistics and safely transported by industrial trucks. The goods can be loaded onto pallets or directly into the Intainer®, whereby

possible additional features of the Intainer® extend the range of applications. For example, to secure unstable and non-rigid goods, suspension bars can be provided for the sides. The stable stacking frame in the usual high GEBHARDT quality can be easily filled up to a payload of several tons and stacked many times in a stable manner. The GEBHARDT-Intainer® with optional attachment frame as Big Bag rack

You have big bags in use and would like to store them hanging instead of on a pallet? There is also a suitable top frame for the GEBHARDT-Intainer®! The loops of the BigBag are threaded on an individual holder of the head frame and can thus be fastened/hung up with the frame in the Intainer®. Even when used as a Big Bag frame, our Intainers remain stackable and can be used without restriction with industrial trucks. Go one step further and use the Intainer® as a process rack, for example as a transportable silo for bulk material in the agricultural industry. When using the Intainer® as a storage rack with silo function, we will gladly design the bottom with an opening so that you can also empty the hanging BigBags directly.

How high can I stack an Intainer®?

GEBHARDT-Intainer® can be stacked several times depending on the resulting slenderness ratio and the statics. This is calculated from the basic dimensions and the desired payload. We will be happy to advise you on this!

What is the load capacity of an Intainer® or for what payload and superimposed load is it approved?

The Intainer® from GEBHARDT is configured taking into account the individual load situation. Payloads and superimposed loads of up to several tons are possible.

For which industrial trucks is the Intainer® suitable?

In principle, the Intainer® is suitable for most common industrial trucks. However, we will be happy to clarify the details with you.

Can I load and unload an Intainer® like a shelf?

Since Intainers® are not a fixed system, but storage devices with all the associated advantages, handling is also somewhat different. The Intainer® must be stacked individually and can then be loaded and unloaded.

Can my Intainer® be customized?

The Intainer® is configured for you based on your requirements. If possible, special requests can also be taken into account individually. Please contact our sales team to discuss this.
