We like to welcome new colleagues from the very first day. With the help of a systematically organized onboarding program, we support them in finding and integrating themselves as quickly as possible at GEBHARDT. In individual talks and through seminars organized by colleagues, new employees learn about our company, work-related tools and methods, and of course our managers and their teams.
A good start is the best foundation for successful cooperation. We are interested in the first impressions of the newcomers, at the same time we would like to give feedback. For this reason, in the first half of the year, three appointments with the Management and the Head of Human Resources are an integral part of the training plan.
